We are a Specialist in Low Code, who has mastered the delivery of two platforms: Pega and OutSystems.

Our mission is to deliver customer success through the agile delivery of Low Code platforms and ensure customers maximize the value of their platform investment.

Today our 450 strong team are delivering projects and services for over 30 customers in 11 countries.

We are proud to be part of the YASH Technologies family, who have over 8,000 employees we have access to a wide array of skills and expertise to complement our specialist field.

Pankaj Jain

CEO Aaseya

Pankaj Jain is the founder and Chief Executive Officer at Aaseya and is based in Hyderabad, India.

Pankaj is a both a visionary and a strategist with more than 24 years of experience in the IT industry. He has worked in technical leadership roles in Tandon, Santander and Royal Bank of Scotland.

Prior to starting Aaseya, Pankaj worked for Pega for 10 years in various roles, including Senior Director of Technical Solutions.

As a technical leader and Certified Lead System Architect, Pankaj has 14+ years of hands on experience delivering 100+ Pega implementations worldwide.

The combination of his technical leadership and strategic vision enables him to lead Aaseya towards its goal of becoming a leader in Low Code Platform Delivery.

Adrian Bignall

Global Head of Sales & Customer Success

Adrian Bignall is Global Head of Sales and Customer Success for Aaseya, based in the UK.

Responsible for the company’s growth strategy, Adrian leads the Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing and Customer Success functions.

As a Sales leader, Adrian maintains a customer-first focus, helping customers to simplify, transform and maximise the technology investments they have made.

Adrian has spent more than 39 years’ in the IT industry in various roles , working for leading businesses including British Telecom, British Airways, CSC Computer Sciences, MessageLabs and Computer Associates.

Prior to joining Aaseya , Adrian was Global Head of Sales at Incessant Technologies, where he successfully grew the business over 300% during his 3.5 year tenure. Prior to this, Adrian led the UK & Nordics Consulting business for Pegasystems.

As a technology leader, Adrian is known as someone who blends his accomplished delivery experience alongside his sales leadership skills.

Matthew Leamy

Head of Customer Success EMEA

Matthew Leamy leads the EMEA Customer Success function and is based in the UK.

Responsible for the Aaseya customers Low Code outcomes, Matthew is actively engaged to assure customer success across our customer base.

Matthew brings with him over 23 years of experience of working with Pega and of that 21 years were spent working for Pega Consulting in multiple leadership roles and is one of the three founding members of Pega’s global CLSA programme. Prior to Aaseya, Matthew led the Pega Consulting function for the UK & Ireland, where he managed a team responsible for delivery of Pega solutions across a diverse customer base.

The combination of Matthew’s technical knowledge, extensive delivery experience and strong leadership background empowers him to drive outcomes for customers and ensure success.

Bala Navuluri

COO, YASH Technologies

Bala Navuluri is YASH Technologies Chief Operating Officer, based in Hyderabad, India.

As COO, Bala leads the international business operations of YASH, where he is responsible for achieving growth, driving delivery excellence and ensuring customer success.

Bala has over 20+ years of Leadership, Management and Executive experience in YASH Technologies, USA & India and over 10 Years of Consulting experience in implementing and Support of ERP.

With deep roots in technology, he possesses unique ability and foresight to advise clients in shaping a compelling IT strategy for accelerating their businesses.

Bala is the Executive Sponsor of Aaseya within YASH Technologies.

Dharmendra Jain

CFO & HR Head, YASH Technologies

Dharmendra Jain (fondly called as DJ) is the Chief Financial Officer & Human Resource Head at YASH Technologies and is based in Hyderabad, India.

In his role, DJ is responsible for legal and finance for all the YASH Technologies Group Companies, as well as overseeing and managing all human resources and administration functions at YASH. He leads policy changes, process improvement, and driving initiatives for YASH’s corporate functions.

Prior to joining YASH in 2002, DJ started his career as a partner in an Audit & Consultancy firm based out of New Delhi and was involved with audits of large multinational corporations, private and public sector banks, and other corporates.

DJ always believes in establishing a balance between people and revenue streams. Ours is an industry where company performance and revenue are a by-product of our people’s ambition and motivation. Therefore, his emphasis remains on fostering and enhancing employee delight index as well as organizational sustainability and growth.

Sriharsha Wudali

COO, Aaseya

Sriharsha Wudali is the Chief Operating Officer at Aaseya and is based out of Hyderabad, India.

Sriharsha is responsible for the company’s overall operations and execution of its growth strategy. He plays a critical role in driving business performance, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining a strong focus on delivery excellence. He brings a data-driven approach to decision-making and is committed to building a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Sriharsha has 22+ years of Global IT experience and diverse management expertise focusing on P&L Ownership, Strategic Business Unit Leadership, Product Management & Relationship Management for Top 5 Global Banks/Fortune 500 companies across the U.S., Europe, and APAC geographies.

He held progressive leadership roles with companies like Ness Digital Engineering, Persistent Systems, Virtusa, and Satyam and served customers such as S&P, Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase, United Health, Barclays Capital, FIS, American Express, and Barclays, etc., in the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance space. He holds a MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University, Ruston, and a B.E. from BITS Pilani.
