Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) – UK

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Must have worked as an LSA in 2-3 projects
• 1 project exp in KYC-CLM
• Should be able to leverage any Pegasystems strategic application while designing the enterprise solutions
• Ability to successfully run end-to-end delivery of Pega based solutions/projects from a technical perspective
• Robust experience in Case design & Data Modeling, SOA, and different integration capabilities within Pega
• Communicate solution options to business owners/stakeholders (e.g., architecture reviews)
• Ensure alignment with enterprise technology standards (e.g., solution patterns, application frameworks, technology roadmaps, capital plans)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and should motivate, mentor, and lead other team members
• Need to possess excellent skills to identify and drive process optimization and process streamlining for client business processes
