- 7 years of PEGA experience is a must.
- Must be CLSA Part 2/3 Certified

- Must have worked as an LSA in 2-3 projects from inception.
- Must have experience in Pega 8.X/7.X version with CS Framework
- Should be able to leverage any Pegasystems strategic application while designing the enterprise solutions.
- Ability to successfully run end-to-end delivery of Pega based solutions/projects from a technical perspective.
- Robust experience in Case design & Data Modeling, SOA, and different integration capabilities within Pega
- Ensure alignment with enterprise technology standards (e.g., solution patterns, application frameworks, technology roadmaps, capital plans)
- Communicate solution options to business owners/stakeholders (e.g., architecture reviews)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and should motivate, mentor, and lead other team members.
