Lex is the Global Pega Application manager for LeasePlan. He leads the core Pega CoE team and is responsible for creating, maintaining a stable, scalable and secure platform that enables the business to reach their goals on time and with the right ROI. Lex has worked in multiple different sectors either as consultant, owner or within leading business as ABNAMRO, Cap Gemini, Bearingpoint, Accenture and ING.

Lex is known for focussing on getting things done and adapting to the ever changing world we live in, getting teams to deliver! I believe in taking chances for the good and standing by it, to always stay into the NEW. He loves sailing offshore and has the most beautiful kids on earth.

Vineeth is the AVP- Technology from Aaseya, he is one of the senior most Principal architects on low code/no code from Aaseya with more than 50 + large scale pega implementations done across the globe(EMEA, USA & APAC ) for various customers and domains. Vineeth believes in the power of low code and helps customer in their end to end digital transformation using Pega, and is a hardcore pega fan. He is currently helping leaseplan on the new technology stack from pega on low code and governance of the layers for maximum reusability and ROI, in his previous roles he has worked with government clients and have lead pega practice in the APAC region

Adrian Bignall is Global Head of Sales and Customer Success for Aaseya, based in the UK. Responsible for the company’s growth strategy, Adrian leads the Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing and Customer Success functions.As a Sales leader, Adrian maintains a customer-first focus, helping customers to simplify, transform and maximise the technology investments they have made.

Adrian has spent more than 39 years’ in the IT industry in various roles , working for leading businesses including British Telecom, British Airways, CSC Computer Sciences, MessageLabs and Computer Associates. Prior to joining Aaseya , Adrian was Global Head of Sales at Incessant Technologies, where he successfully grew the business over 300% during his 3.5 year tenure. Prior to this, Adrian led the UK & Nordics Consulting business for Pegasystems.As a technology leader, Adrian is known as someone who blends his accomplished delivery experience alongside his sales leadership skills.
